[ARCHIVED] Hybrid City Council Meetings

Hybrid City Council Meetings

Beginning November 4, 2020 at 5:30 pm, our City Council will be hosting public meetings in a hybrid format. This will allow for limited in-person seating and will still include the option for residents to participate from home.

Currently, in order to comment on an agenda item or speak in the open forum portion of the meeting, the public can request a call from city staff while watching the meeting virtually.

The size and ability to socially distance in the meeting facility limits the number of people allowed in the room at one time, so the public is still encouraged to watch virtually on Channel 21 and can schedule a time to speak by calling the City Secretary, Jan Vinson at 559-2506. Time and speaker limits during the open forum will still be observed.
