Library staff will answer basic questions about the FAFSA. This is ideal of high school juniors and seniors and their parents/guardians or adults entering college.

Please come prepared with 2020 tax returns and 2020 W-2’s and personally identifiable information, such as date-of-birth and social security numbers.

Each student and a parent or guardian will need to create an FSA username and password on studentaid.gov. This should be done prior to the event. Please contact library staff at 936-559-2970 for an appointment for assistance.

There will be a limited supply of laptops for people wanting to begin their FAFSA. You are welcome to bring your own laptop.
