To apply for services you will need to come to our offices located downtown at 209 S. Pecan Street in Nacogdoches (Office Hours are 8AM to 4:30PM) with a valid photo ID, Social Security Number (don't have to have the card), and a lease agreement or proof of ownership (in case a debt was left by previous occupant). There is a $25 connection fee that can be charged to your first bill. If it is not possible to come to our offices please call or email us so that arrangements can be made.
To cancel services you may call (936) 559-2593 and verify your identity to have the services shut off, or you may also email us to cancel/shut off services.
